Seems to be a really popular way to record TV these days in the U.S.
Hold a phone up and record your TV while watching instead of you know, directly recording to a USB drive or similar. Same applies for CCTV quite often also I've noticed.

Maybe VCR's should make a come back.

Oh well who cares. All that matters is we now have something to get righteously ragey over.
I mean after all we need to do something with all this free time we have these days hey?
