DECODE ID 23RSH200126001D - POTUS tweets - The Enigma Effect - A Draft Theory

When decoding POTUS tweet storms over the last few days, I noticed a pattern emerging in the time Deltas between tweets, which has just begun to come into focus. This points to the tweet storms having 3 or more LEVELS of decodes for; the public, good guys and bad guys.

In the same way the Enigma machine used 3 rotors, one after the other, to hide a message, I think 3 levels of decode give different messages to us, good guys and bad guys.

Notice the emphases on [2]/double, tuning/phase and repeats in relation to future.

To date, we have learnt to use tweet timestamps to point to Q posts, then to use the tweet deltas to find more Q posts. This theory tells us to further subset the tweet deltas for further messages regarding the future? Or the past? (To be clarified).


Example 1 from this decode:
(columns show tweet time/delta/common pattern of duplicated pairs (bolded):

In summary, I believe the tweet storms give one set of messages to anons, which helps us better understand related posts. To operators these can be seen as just "chaff". Tweet Deltas give us another string of related posts that shed light on the past. Finally the subset of tweets with repeated pairs of digits in time deltas give information to operators on the future.

This last step needs to be understood better based on more data but for now my message is "look for the 5 or more tweet subset within the tweet storm".

I may be confused, but was under the impression there was no known cure for viral infections. The cure for the common cold (or flu) has been one of the elusive holy grails of medicine.

There are of course treatments, such as strengthening the natural immune system and anti viral meds that shorten a recovery or suppress symptoms (like with HIV). But no "cure" as far as I know.

This sounds like an effort to reduce panic, but if the facts don't bear it out, it seems unlikely to help for long.

“The common cold” is actually any number of a couple thousand different viruses. There actually have been a couple new novel treatments for the flu virus. Tamiflu and a new one called Xofluza. Also see here:

This sudden Coronavirus outbreak and the locking down of tens of millions of people seems "off" to me. If the MSM starts a huge panic narrative, I'm going to be even more skeptical. The timing is too coincidental.
