RCH295 is on the descent over Wichita Falls. There are a couple of options available for his destination. Fort Worth being one, to pick up gear for fighters to move out. The other, more interesting option, is Shreveport. That's home of Barksdale, where B-52s are based.

And it would appear Shreveport it is. May see B-52s heading out soon.

The C-130s are based at Spangdahlem in Germany. They're probably just on a local round robin mission.

J-STARS was probably training with the Polish. The RC keeps an eye on Russian bases in the area.

Well yea it would stand to reason we would want to know if they were moving anything that way to help their allies.

Mildenhall has a permanent detachment of the 55th Reconnaissance Wing. They rotate Cobra Ball, Rivet Joint, and Combat Sent through about every 4-6 months. They operate out of Mildenhall over the Med, up around Norway and Poland, and get as close to the Russian bases as they can. Each type of aircraft has a different sensor suite.

HKY 500/501/502 heading south towards the med. Will be interesting to see if they do indeed go south with those C5Ms.

They may run a regular resupply run down to Kuwait, or the Deid.

Looks like RC622 is heading home, back to Travis, not over to Europe.

They were down to 12,000 and heading slightly east towards Bangor, then a minute later were showing 35,000. I love data glitches.

Saw the 12 000 but pretty sure the plane heading Bangor you missplace it with a Canada plane that was heading to st-jhons maybe ?

It's fluctuating pretty wildly, so hard to keep a solid count. Most of them are dropping off, and as soon as they're done with crew rest heading back. Should be a couple C-17s on the ground, two C-5s over the Med heading in.

As soon as I said that, two C-17s showed up on the way out. Tonight has been pretty slow compared to the last couple nights. Right now just about everything is over the Atlantic on the way in.

No, it looked like he dropped down over Quebec and was going to turn east into Bangor behind the Canadian A310.

They took 750 the first day. They announced 3,000 or 3,500 going today. Tomorrow we should have a bunch of aircraft heading back over.
