That's true enough.

My thinking is to take away the warning labels all the same and let natural selection work its magic.

Point of fact through, our Earth started off as one big burning mess, and in doing so, possibly lay the seeds to allow life to come about via all those wonderous chemical and thermal reactions.

Might not have come with a manual but our universe does follow the law of mathematics and physics.

Cause and effect is the colour of our day, at least at the macro scale at which we exist.

Put it this way there is more scientific data and geological information to suggest it happened that way rather than god creating a mess he is unwilling or unable to fix in just 7 days.

I don't, however, posses a working time machine, so actual factual evidence is quite frankly beyond my ability, nevermind anyone else ability to produce.

We need to get out there amongst the stars and actually witness the process of planetary formation before our assumptions become verbatim in that department.

I think that Elohim is one of the titles for god. It is some sort of description, not really a name. I never did find out exactly what it meant or where to use it. I think it has something to do with like saying Your Majesty or something like that.

I do not know why anyone would call someone Elohim, I wonder if there is another word similar to that they were saying.

My understanding is that from a biblical perspective, Elohim is a name for God/s used frequently in the Hebrew Bible.

Those that appear to know what it means to be an Elohim, should to be feared. There is an example given that can be understood to be what is required of us to know the meaning of.

What is Elohim... ? I think its meaning and substance is unfathomable, immeasurable, impossible to comprehend......So without actually calling you out on that, meaning you are crazy or looped, I think it is rather a nice gentleman way of stating the obvious.

Well, a Man would be a fool not to hedge one's bets i suppose.

But no eternal damnation for disagreement nor disobedience from anthropomorphized sky gods with a massive inferiority complex is my bet.

If there is a next verse i don't expect it to be any more perfect than the one in which we exist.

I agree.. science is all theory and very little FACT.. which is why I had an issue with you saying the following..

Just don’t use the word fact about the origins of earth.. because someone is bound to call you out on proof.

Nihilism is a relatively new phenomenon. It has not born any hope, yet it would seem it has brought the opposite.
In this world, that is real, it can make these conundrums bearable.
To experience the perspective of those you love, and to forgive those that do you wrong, and to feel remorse for those we have wronged, has great utility in the hear and now.

Being humbled in our failing, brings a new perspective, which I am sure is not cause for complexes of inferiority.

Ile take science and mathematics over organized religious practice any day of the week and twice on Tuesday.

First two requiring repeatable results and experimentation and the last a leap of faith with nothing to support your landing.

Religions are not theory, fact is they are all about control.

FACT is our Earth is a hell of a lot more than 7000 years old as Christianity would have us believe, as geology clearly proves.

As to planetary formation, my bet is celestial mechanics had a hell of a lot more to do with our star systems formation than anthropomorphized sky gods.

Nihilism is the philosophical viewpoint, certainly not a relatively new phenomenon.

Been around for at least as long as religion has in one form or another.
