Don Imus Dead, 79

Don Imus has passed away.

He was hospitalized Christmas Eve. He had just retired in March of 2018.

I remember that controversy. I wasn't long out of college, and I when I was in track, I roomed with the sprinters. That meant I was often the only white girl in the room. You wouldn't believe how often they talked about having nappy hair and ashy skin.

It was a bit like talking about having frizzy hair.

Is that his epitaph on his tombstone? I imagine the TV local news and their penchant for labeling people with underscore descriptions of the most mundane of victim statements...or man on the street "Person that witnessed a lollypop robbery"...to be reduced to such mediocracy...

He was one of the old time DJ's, drive radio...how sad!!

Just last week I was thinking about getting back into radio, and even had a couple offers. Man, life is SO short!!

Wow...I am devestated...no words.

So bummed about this. I used to record his simulcast on msnbc and watch it after I got home from work.I will truly miss him.Sad day indeed.

I know this probably wasn't meant as sarcasm, but this whole post reads like sarcasm.

But, probably not sarcasm. Probably.

Don Imus was an early victim of the SJWs. I remember it vividly. Basically, he was making fun of the Rutgers women's basketball team. Let's be honest, women basketball players usually aren't the most attractive female athletes.

I remember comedian, DL Hughley adding some levity to it on Leno. Here is a short clip of him affirming Don Imus's observation.

That in NO WAY describes me and I am a Libertarian. The Dem Socialist/Pinkos have a real problem with their messaging.
