is it just me or did the forum section dissapear

When I visit the forum page now it is mostly blank. Is there something wrong with my browser or is it just down now?

Same, I only check it when I make a thread, trying to find the one that would be most fitting, which I often fail to do so end up in general chat, mostly...

I did add a font control extension in my Firefox browser to provide me with a dyslexia font. Perhaps that is blocking the content. It is only happening on that page though.

It is starting to look like the dyslexia font extension simply messed with the CSS of that page. The content is still there but was moved way down the page.

Weird, I wouldn't have thought a font change would have altered the layout of the page. I know my zooming in to 130% does screw it up, but I'm half blind and I cannot read the text half the time, so I have no option.

Especially the icons at the top, which split into two lines and obscure other things.

Glad you sorted it out I think, there are other strange things afoot on here lately, but as I rarely check that section, it looked normal to me, so I wouldn't really have known had sections been removed.

Seems the hourly update thing that used to happen every hour causing the forums to freeze, has been migrated to one long occasional update... instead of the 5-8 minutes of downtime, it sometimes goes for half an hour or more.

The code really needs updating, but alas, as the old horse is drinking her final gulps, I doubt anyone will rider her anymore.

When I would check the forum tab on my Ipad mini 2, I would have to scroll down two full-page lengths before the forum choices appeared.
On the new Ipad Pro, everything appears as it would on a desktop.

Maybe browser issues on your end?
I find it is always good to have more than one browser installed...as various sites have issues on pages at times.

Yes, it was the Firefox browser Dyslexia font extension. I like the font because I seem to be able to read it faster but it does seem to mess with the CSS on some sites and some pages, Thanks

I use Waterfox, and often get pages that don't work properly, usually not ATS, and usually a retail site.
And, my NHL pages don't load at all!!!

I just learnt that there really is a font called Dyslexia. Surprised is an understatement.
