This only adds to the "creepy" Joe image. He comes across as a senile old man, not a competent candidate for POTUS. Joe isn't a leader but it appears his wife wants to be!
As they say, a picture is worth a 1,000 words. These images speak volumes.
This looks a lot like "Malarky" to me!

The Biden family has so many connections, and "dirt" on so many people, they were able to get the Iowa Caucus counting process suspended, while votes were double-checked for "inconsistencies". (Biden had received less than 15% of the vote in most counties. You need 15% in Iowa, to get any delegates at the convention.)

In his first words of the debate—the moment when candidates are usually the most scripted—Biden confessed, “I took a hit in Iowa and I’ll probably take a hit here.”
It was a novel campaign strategy; few candidates ever say, “Vote for me because I’m going to lose here.”
