Using dreams to get around the non-access issue?

The concept is based on the idea that to get around the non-access issue of direct RVing of someone to gain info, one can instead dream about them in a story like way. In this dream story, one can extract real life elements about the person in question without having to observe them via real-time RVing.

I suppose this is a good alternative method when you're unable for some reason to gain direct RVing when you want to. In my case I think those inaccessible RV times are created by my higher self, who protects me from possible contamination by accessing the target directly at a particular time. In the case of the target being someone unsavory or lacks a certain morality, that would certainly make sense.
