That is fairly nice footage assuming it's real. The "internal glowing" effect he points out is pretty common with orb type UFO's but I can't say I've seen much tic-tac footage like that. Bob Lazar gives a fairly good explanation for why the reactors inside these crafts produce a glowing effect but I think he's mainly guessing and I feel he's not disclosing all he knows, so I find him pretty hard to trust.

Known about this forum for years just never joined i have some other stuff id like to share but i dont have enough post yet. I dont like talking about myself introductions arent my thing.

Yea it also has the blue glow bob talks about i believe bobs story. I also think the tic tac ufo is some government craft what better way to test your advanced new drone/craft than to fly it around the most powerful high tech strike fleet in the world.

Welcome to the site. Looks like maybe some military testing or something. There are some military bases in that area that are supposedly used to test things.
