polar shift & time speeding up...possibly?

Just by surfing ATS:

What if time is speeding up to create a stronger gravitational force (faster rotation 16 hour days are the rumor); while experiencing a polar shift (some loss of gravity). Wouldn't that be like negative noise? Balance each other out so the gravitational effect on earth would even out/remain the same?

Ya know a positive 1 and a negative one (-1) = 0?
