It's that mindset and "consistency" that has us trapped in this cycle, allows war criminals like Bush, Chenney, and Obama to go scot free, and allows the office of the POTUS to continually be abused.

So no, I do not want a consistently corrupt Executive branch because people consistently do nothing until it's too late, and consistently stand by while it is happening.

I get it, you're highly partisan and don't want "your guy" to be the one who falls while in office, but I have no allegiance to either party. I'm more concerned with ending Executive corruption ASAP. Sorry that it happens to be "your guy" occupying the office at the moment, but he's no better than his recent predecessors, and arguably worse.

Consistency is not a virtue, especially when referring to consistent corruption, and consistently doing nothing until after the fact. The only way to break the chain is to start holding those in office accountable, then you eventually create a situation where those seeking to be corrupt won't want to hold office to begin with.

This must have been the BIG NEWS that President Trump told Pro-Trumpers to watch for on FoxNews tonight.


The Inspector General himself, Michael Horowitz, will testify before the U.S. Senate on Wednesday 12/11/2019. He will explain to the American people how he reached the conclusions made in the report.

Nothing in the article or what Graham said explicitly states abuse was found. Only that the report was nearing conclusion.

Also the fact that Horowitz states that he doesn't foresee heavy redactions/classifications likely means that the 500+ page report is the Right's favourite main course: a juicy nothing burger

President Donald J. Trump earned his impeachment. Evidence that he used his position as president to withhold aid to an ally in a war for its very existence – not to aid this nation but for his personal political gain – is not refuted by witnesses or documents.

His calls for foreign intervention in America’s elections, including by rivals China and Russia, have been open and brazen. The use of his power as president to thwart every constitutionally mandated effort to investigate his actions justify the charge of contempt of Congress.
