vampire nation ?

Hi, sry if there is already a post about this... i was wondering if there is a real vampire nation that has political power like alot of people claim so far all i'v read on vampires are mostly people pretending or posing to be vampires but do they really exist ?

i'v also read somewhere a guy saying he did a reasearch on vampires and most of the "vampires" he met looked MUCH younger than their age..
