The Group????

I won't go into identifiable details, but I heard there was a private research group that exists within ATS from a friend.

I know you normally need to be able to bring something to the table and be asked to join. But I think my skill sets and free time is more than enough to make up for that.

If you want to move this to PM and delete this thread thats fine.

There's 2 groups that you'll need an invitation to - however you can generate the request to be invited by entering into the thread and ALERTING a mod to your own post (that's a little trick I've learned over the years).

Yeah I think I know what group you mean but I don't think, if there is a "joining" procedure, you are going about it in the right way.

By bringing something to the table I suspect it would mean posting quality threads and showing your research skills here on ATS.

I've poked around for a while, and i can't find anyone apart of the group.
So I can't find out the proper method of getting an invite to this group

So instead of spending the next year writing posts maybe 4 or 5 people will see.
I'd just ask and hope one of them see this and consider talking to me.

This reminds me of a "secret society" I had created as a teen. The whole recruitment process was elaborate, and entirely involved friends, but everyone kept their vows of secrecy as they were brought in one by one. Subtle hand shakes and signals, but otherwise never discussed in any way except at "The Lodge" (which was a specific tent location in a national forest we visited a few times a year.)

No real aim to it all besides brother & sisterhood, but it was, and is, a fun and interesting exercise. Almost moreso now that we're essentially inactive, but still maintaining. Planning a lodge meeting (aka "group camping") within the year for the first time in about 20 years.

ehh i dont honestly feel like wasting time with puzzels. as my time can be better used instead of wasting hours trying to figure out if they used a common crypto to hide stuff or make there own crypto.
