The thing with genocide is that it is essentially only any use to do it on a local level. Committing international genocide is usually highly inefficient. There are better ways of achieving most goals.

If depopulation is the goal, the best way to do it would be through socialism. Free condoms for all, and free abortions on demand for the people who don't use condoms.
