It is about week 6 of a zygote to tell the difference between a human and reptilian embryo. We are all family somewhere in the archives of the past.

Appendix is part of the immune system
Coccyx is an anchor for our sphincter muscles and as for wisdom teeth
They are still utilised in people who eat roughage in their diet
Western cultures with small weak jaws don’t build muscle or larger bones because they don’t use those muscles, the jaw hasn’t developed properly, the teeth can’t come through
To much soft food

None of these structures are redundant, unless of course you are ignorant

The reality, the hand is never a lizard hand, it’s human.
It’s akin to saying we have monkey eyes because we have eyes

If evolution was true humans would have wings and fur not airplanes and clothes.

All that statement does is demonstrate that you don’t quite grasp what evolutionary theory states/claims to occur because what you THINK should occur under the MES is NOT what the supporting data shows.
