PUA/systweak.gen4. Problem with Adobe.

My anti malware keeps picking this out to be a threat: PUA/systweak.gen4 C:program filesAdobeAcrobat reader DCAdobeAcroRD32Info.exe

Every time I delete it, it comes back again. So... if anyone knows computer language stuff, what is this threat and is it even a threat?
