Lol it's like 2.5 here in Texas, I feel sorry for the blue states, their state is straight robbing them, and they have homeless everywhere. A #hole i might add, CA use to be a beautiful state when Republicans control it. now it's sh17.

They're not hiding it. The Strategic Petroleum Reserve has been public knowledge since at least the time of Gulf War 1.
