But there doesn't seem to be much race intermingling in Minneapolis. Maybe all larger cities are like that.

Well, a robbery is a sort of "intermingling...". It is more probably that somali gangs will rob someone not of their ethinc background.

I'm not sure what you consider a large city. My hometown is over 1 million large, and we have no diversity. We also have no gangs roaming the streets, robbing people. It's a (un)fortunate side effect of not being diverse
