That musta been pants pooper. Apparently there is go pro footage of the jets passing underneath the chutists. The article has a link to the safety report but doesnt have the film. Hoping someone can dig it ul.

Well, that would definitely be freak-out worthy!!

Why does the landing zone smell so foul???

ETA - Coming down through the wake turbulence was probably pretty exciting too! I'll bet it was loud as hell also!

ETA: oh, they were in freefall! Ack! That'd be an interesting debrief, because there is no way they should be unaware of that. Failure somewhere in that chain.
