Did you feel the case against Flynn was stronger?

It was prosecuted

I am tired of allowing the corrupt to get away with crimes out of fear that a jury will be biased

The his will be the same garbage excuse when comey is let go for fisa abuses as well

Not at all - it was, in fact, laughable.

It was prosecuted

It was pursued (until they got a plea bargain), not prosecuted (taken to trial).

I question whether or not they would have taken him to trial had he fought the charges, but they have the big guns, and were apparently also threatening his son.

I am really happy that his new awesome attorney Sydney Powell is fighting things now, and I believe he will withdraw his guilty please and they will end up dismissing the charges, because there simply is no there there.

It isn't a 'fear', it is a reality. The DC jury pool is left leaning to the extreme, and there is simply no way they wouldn't get at least 2 or 3 level 6 TDS sufferers on it that would acquit, regardless.

Not at all... those are very real crimes, plain as day, and the evidence is overwhelming. That is simply not the case with the lying/leaking.

Lying to Congress and mishandling and leaking classified info to harm a President are also very real crimes

I don’t care if Barr does charge comey for fisa abuses

If you are right on why he didn’t charge comey, he has sent the signal to all corrupt people in any agency that they may lie to congress and leak so long as it’s agianst republicans cause he’s afraid of left wing juries

A fear his counterparts do not share as they charge trump people for the slightest of crimes

There is far more evidence of lying to Congress than there is leaking classified data, but both are extremely weak, again, considering the juries that would be hearing the case.

You don't? I certainly do.

The reality is, what it is...

I believe he is simply making the only smart move that he can, hedging his bets, in an extremely hostile environment.

Because they know they can 'get them'.

Of course I want them to charge him with fisa abuses

I mean I don’t care in the sense of that doesn’t legitimize allowing him off for other crimes

No matter what happens, you have admitted Barr is totally helpless to stop any taker seeking to hurt trump

What difference would a failed conviction make of the case is so strong in fisa abuses?

It’s jurs another excuse to not punish the powerful that we always hear

It’s amazing to me to see trump supporters cheer for allowing comey to walk away free on these crimes he committed

Again - it would be much, much harder to prove 'beyond a reasonable doubt' that he lied, and even more difficult to prove that he leaked classified info.

From what I've read, the leaking was not criminal, just a violation of established FBI policy and his employment agreement.

Assuming you meant 'leaker', not totally helpless, no...

What I'm saying is, you don't start there, with a low level weak case you are bound to lose. You start with the slam dunk major criminal case, with overwhelming evidence to the point that it cannot be ignored, even by TDS level 6 sufferers.

What difference would a failed conviction make of the case is so strong in fisa abuses?

Really? If you have to ask that, you don't understand politics and social momentum, in an especially hostile environment (the MSM is totally against us).

Cheer? Dude, you need to take a few steps back. You're starting to sound like a TDS sufferer in reverse.

No one, least of all me, is cheering about it. When I first heard about it, I felt the same way as you.

Then I actually listened to the people discussing this, and reasoning it out, and came around to believing that waiting is the smart thing to do.

You do realize that declining to prosecute, is not a permanent decision, right?

What I imagin will happen, is, when they are charged with the criminal FISA abuses, the lying and leaking charges will simply be tacked on as additional, secondary charges. That is what I would do.

Listen to Dan Bongino explaining why this is the smartest thing to do, because, the case against Comey for lying/leaking is a loser. For the first time he says the case is a total loser, start at the 15 minute mark...

Bongino is not optimistic about Comey and others even being convicted of the FISA abuses or anything else, but that is our best chance.

While we've witnessed plenty of hypocrites coming from the Democratic party, Comey has beat them all. His tweets are dripping with arrogance and hypocrisy. Somehow, to Comey, lying is commendable as long as you believe in your own warped mind that you're saving the American public. The man is mental beyond repair and therapy.

The entire DNC is mental. That's why they waste so much time trying to convince the sheep that Trump and his supporters are mental.

The DC court that would try Comey and McCabe have the most liberal jury pool on the East Coast. More crimes are being added to the docket before indictments are levied.

After the obligatory hurricane Dorian segment, this was the top story on HANNITY (Fox News) tonight. FBI Director James Comey planted spies IN THE WHITE HOUSE after President Trump was sworn in!

We told you about the reports that fired FBI Director James Comey had planted spies in the White House. And we told you that we were doing something about it.

Last month, we sent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the FBI and other offices of the Department of Justice (DOJ) so we could determine for ourselves what Comey and his circle of corruption had done in their efforts to spy on the Trump Administration.

The deadline for the FBI to comply with the FOIA has now passed and it has not complied.
Today, we are filing a federal lawsuit against the FBI in Washington, D.C. If these Deep State agencies will not comply with the law until a federal court forces them to, then we’ll keep filing federal lawsuits and taking them to court.

Based on the "Comey" I.G. Report, does anyone doubt that leaking/lying James Comey would do something this unprecedented and treasonous?

Much shorter version of precisely what I said... thanks...

Democrats in the U.S. House are so dysfunctional, they're refusing to let Inspector General Horowitz testify about his recent report on James Comey's behavior.

They bent over backwards to get Bob Mueller's public testimony.
