uh huh...it's either black or white....I know how members here love to incite this deep divide in America for their own pleasure, but most of Americans are not buying it....throwing the word "hate" around like it's the only way Americans feel about each other, is lazy, and, has been used so much that it has become meaningless

most of us are saying..."yeah, yeah, we hate each other (yawn), now can we get together and work on the things that need to get done"

I like how you quoted my post and then proceeded to make up straw man arguments totally unrelated to what I actually said, for example I never said anything about how "Americans feel about each other" nor "the way Americans feel about each other" nor "we hate each other". Reading is hard.

I think the OP hopes Obama could run again because none of the current candidates has a chance. They are as flawed as Trump and want things that will turn the US into Venezuela.

Chavez promised nationalized health care saying it is a human right; higher minimum wages; he pledged to rewrite the way a President is elected; he promised to reform the constitution; expanded free education; expanded food giveaways. All the things currently on the Democratic Platform. There are enough people who know what that means, I hope: www.bloomberg.com...

And - NO - the US won't do it any better, if anything because the nation is so large and diverse, it will be far worse when the Democrats finally implement these policies, like Obama said during his administration (unemployment and low GDP is the new normal); (when the compassionate caring liberals who want socialist policies are in control).

The Republican party better hope the Democratic party doesn't collapse. The party taking their place could be strong and unified and put up a candidate with charisma, intelligence and vision that could run the Republicans out of town on a rail.

Needs a cool name, though. How about "American Strength Party." Too Nazi-like?
