Looking at the first two pages, I decided to look up one of the companies mentioned, ePlanet Capital. That soon took me to a reference about a company they sponsor, Singularity University

One of the SU mentors is a man named Daniel Epstein. Don't know if he's related to Jeffrey or not, but Singularity University, which is not a "real" university where you can earn an accredited degree, has some far out missions.

I did notice the name Fonseca in those notebook sheets and there is a Fonseca listed as being one of the founding members.

We're talking about thousands, maybe millions, of people. It's beyond comprehension. It's not like a spreadsheet that we can filter and delete or segregate the targets. How do you comprehensively clean something so filthy that is so big?

I know non governmental players can't be changed. But laws couldn't laws regarding the retention of SES be changed? They pose a major problem and are embedded in all agencies.
