rumors are chibnall filmed the first episode, showed it to execs, they hated it.
chibnall quit, and so did jodie whitataker!

if she really just quit, and if all they did was film the first episode, they could totally just hire another doctor.
and then just have 'him' appear in the first episode, which would be pretty awesome.

they should not even try to talk about what happened to her. that could be the concept of the season.
