I still believe it was an accident. I do not think he went there that day to kill someone with his car. However, someone was killed. A person who was in the road and attempting to stop traffic.That is a tragedy in itself. Manslaughter should be the charge and he was found guilty.

I don't judge things just based on emotion or belief. I look at it like a lawyer would. I mean, It is not like the guy put on a Klan hood and gunned it into a crowd without ANY provocation. I saw the video of what happened. He drove down a road. He was attacked. He sped backwards. Someone died. He made a mistake that will cost him a lot of time in jail.

I do not see how any of that is defending anyone.

I don't think it was premeditated, but I think when the act occurred it was an intentional one.

I think he was just a dumb asshole that went to far. He got scared. If he would have been pulled from the car he would have been in the hospital for weeks if he made it out alive.I don't think that guy was smart enough to come up with a plan to try to kill people and get away with it....he was just a scared little racist...
