I hope the dam holds, especially since there are residents, 52 in number, who went back to their homes to gather belonging and have decided to stay...

Corbyn is visiting today. Just when the poor residents thought things could not get any worse.

Interestingly, they are talking of expanding the evacuation zone rather significantly, and extending the duration of the current evacuation.

The new evacuation zone will cover 35,000 households, the current one only affects 6,500 people (not 6,500 households).

Unsure if this is a genuine concern, an over-reaction, or if something else is in play here.
