Faces

I have looked for a board on dreams,
and as much of my mental processes, has illuded me

I see faces when I lay down at night to go to sleep.
Not just one face but many faces, old and young ,ugly and cute,
some with beards that look like they are from other centuries,
they smile or wink, they frown and look mad,they morph into each other.


Does anyone else know what this is......
They are silent but the facial expressions .

Does anyone else experience such a thing???

This has been going on for little over a year now.
Since I had a surgerical process in my eye,
and woke up in the middle of the operation,
sitting straight up on the table.

Any ideas??????

Some of those faces are kinda scarey looking. I don't know
what that is but we can't be the only two that it's happened to.

I'm not really asleep when I see this. Just "almost".
So I don't really call it a dream.

Are you really asleep? Or almost asleep when it happens?

this happened to me after my mom died, drove me nuts!!!

for some reason, I kind of associated them as being a pictoral of my ancesters running in front of my eyes or something. It was like they looked like they were from different times in our history even.

did either of you have a death in the family before this happened, maybe the matriarchal or patriarchal elder....which was my case?

Wonderful I was hoping someone else had this.
I don't know what it's called so I had long ago put a name on it. I call it "tapping in". When I lay down to go to sleep I begin to see people that I don't know. In my case I actually hear them talking sometimes or doing things like eating dinner with their family. Each image only lasts for a few second and try as I might I cannot hold the image any longer than that and it will go onto another face or image.
One time I saw a chunky woman serving something out of a pot, she was standing over a child and dishing him up and she was speaking German. I dont' understand the language but have heard it enough to know it was German. This lasted only seconds but it has great clarity.
