Fresh Water Depleation...Solution?

I was thinking, one day, will the fresh water reserves in Canada, and the US (I guess) every dry up or become so poluted they will be un-usable?

Here is my solution to the problem. Big tanker type ships. Sail them either north of south, doesnt' really matter, and have them harvest Iceburgs. Would that not make sense? I mean it would be really, really good water at that. There is a kind of Canadian vodka that actually uses Iceburg water in the process of making it.

Does that seem reasonable if it came down to it? Or just complete lunacy?
