ASAP Rocky has been charged with assault by Swedish prosecutors.

The Swedish prosecutor in charge says he decided a crime had been committed - despite claims of self-defence and provocation - after "studying the videos made available to the inquiry".

"It is worth noting that I have had access to a greater amount of material than that which has previously been available on the internet," said Daniel Suneson of the City Public Prosecution Office.

He added that the alleged victim's statement was supported by witness statements.

A trial date is yet to be set.

Trial date is set to 30/7 and will go on for 3 days.
As of right now the prosecutor haven't decided on which degree of assault they are going to charge him for.
Assault of the so called "normal degree" can get you in jail for up to 2 years.

But it's not very likely. He probably will be fined and on probation for some time.

A personal observation:Here in Sweden you don't tell people on the street to move along, or go another direction unless you are a cop or a security guard in uniform. These type of big goons is making everything worse.

Use smart security that discretely holds the 2 guys who want to make trouble, in the meantime let Rocky leave and then call the police. It will be considered a citizens arrest, case closed within days in lack of evidence and everything is fine.

Oh man, Trump is really pulling out all the diplomatic stops, and is totally not racist!

But I do think he might react to situations differently to sway public opinion away from how he is portrayed by the media.
