Is the LIVE page broken?

I use the LIVE page ( /live_dot_php) as my main entryway to ATS. That page has not refreshed since July 3 at 1815. Same list of the same posts every time I've opened it.

Have I missed something? I looked around the site but couldn't find anything regarding it. I've checked it on different devices and multiple browsers, so I'm sure it's not just a stuck cache.

it's real, and seems to be universal. Still no word from TPTB as far as I know.

Seems to just that page, no? I think all the others are refreshing normally.
