Half of those leaders, likely more than half have blood on their hands. Erdogan/Turkey and KSA both are currently running expansionist proxy battles throughout the Mideast and north Africa/horn of Africa area.

Germany still has special operators in Syria and Iraq, I think Afghanistan too. Most of those European states are also rotating jets for air sorties across MENA.

I guess Israel is not as industrialized as I thought, I don't see Bibi, but USA typically represents Israel interests in these big meetings.
