A country that can't build a UAV without relying on foreign components.
Well, in that case, every country has a problem these days. Even the F-35 has been using components from China. The UAVs in Russia have been using American, Chinese, Japanese, and European components. Likewise, the same is true of the Iranian muntions.
No one makes all their stuff anymore. Welcome to the global economy and supply chain.

The difference is that the United States, Germany, France, etc, aren't parroting the "indigenous" nonsense. The Turkish administration, and it's online troll army do.
It's also why Turkey will suffer, because it's on the sanctions list.
Not even those rumoured Eurofighters are likely to find their way to Turkey.
It's amazing, a country who we're told by the hundreds of trolls paid by Erdogan and his cronnies, is going to fly it's own fifth gen stealth fighter in record time no less, is desperate to buy new F16's and upgrade kits for its existing F16 fleet, and now Eurofighters. On top of the rumoured purchase of Russian Sukhois. What a bizzaro world it must be in Turkey.
Oh well, maybe the Chinese can supply Turkey some more after the missiles it's given them, or Russia.
