Yes there are bad owners out there and obviously dogs have personalities that vary. I still think that people that have have aggressive dogs out in public are a problem to society just like violent criminals are a problem for society, if that makes me an idiot in your mind so be it.

I never said anything about controlling a dog off lead. So I'm not sure where you're coming from....

Also, I'm not your "bud" though I do appreciate the friendly sentiment. Kinda like my dogs, I'm not aggressive but I'm not overly friendly either.
