You mean that McConnell prefers to help the State that elected him to represent them? Don't you think he should prefer them and the interests of that State?

Elaine Chao is the United States Secretary of Transportation.

Does that mean Kentucky doesn't need their roads fixed? Isn't that her job? Does that mean that whoever holds that office cannot let their home States receive any help for getting their roads fixed?

So he is improving infrastructure? I don't see the Problem. Since she is head of the Transportation Department, is that her goal also? To improve roads?

Seems like they both are doing what they should be doing for their State.
