Are we really even sure she was shot?

Perhaps she ran very fast at a stationary bullet?

Or perhaps was stabbed by spear with a detachable bullet tip?

Or, perhaps there was an energetic time-like curve vortex centered around some condensed matter which, when it lost momentum ended up as roughly bullet shaped dense material (like lead) embedded in the body and the police couldn't tell the difference?
