Is it highlighting the difference between "our Country" and "Our Country"?

Lowercase to Title Case?

Perhaps this differentiates that the Country belongs to those Entitled to be there and not illegal immigrants? In turn this could reference electoral roll/census changes?

There used to be quite a few ats threads on the subject. I recall Admiral Rogers being involved in one of the projects at the National Security Agency. If that is the case, it would explain a lot about the Q phenomenon... and how uniquely special it is.

Thats what I'm wondering. Perhaps they have such advanced simulations that they can output realistically what society will be doing on a particular day? I've read that the NSA (or a related place) has a complete copy of the live internet that they use to run missions and scenarios on. Feed it some data sets and see what happens on the other end? IDK, this kind of stuff is fascinating.

It is the threat of violence because of your political beliefs. I would think that the individual could be charged with several crimes besides terrorism. An attempt to curb or restrain your Civil Rights for example. Think noose in a tree.
