Thankyou. I did not know that. I suppose that makes a difference here. So what we have here is a governor, siding with state legislators by making a new law that goes against Federal law (ICE). How do you think that that compares with those state governors who are now siding with state legislators by making new laws that go against Federal law (RoevWade]
Can you see my conundrum here?
Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), is a landmark decision issued in 1973 by the United States Supreme Court on the issue of the constitutionality of laws that criminalized or restricted access to abortions.

If the Sheriff feels that theres enough evidence to charge his fellow public servant with a crime, he should do so.
From there, the prosecutor has to decide whether the arrest and charges are lawful in order to try the man.
But the accused is entitled to due process like everyone else.
Can you imagine if EVERY public servant was held accountable for violating their oath to uphold the Constitution?
We would essentially have to arrest and charge every public servant. I'm ok with that.

Oooooh this is gonna go down, then. East Washington against West Washington!
Really odd time for this too as the East Washington white nationalists, particularly from Spokane and east towards Coeur d'Alene are making international news over the last couple of weeks. Just last week I read an article about the white nationalists compound that was eradicated in the 80s and 90s, now being full blown again in that same area. Made a full comeback and is now operating at the same level as 30+ years ago. The area that this guy is a sheriff of.
Wonder how that is going to go for him, all these nationalists that are gonna get shut down by the feds... again... and all happened under this guy's watch.

Can you post a source link regarding these compounds please?
Nearly two decades after the Aryan Nations’ Idaho compound was demolished, far-right extremists are maintaining a presence in the Pacific Northwest.
White nationalism has been on the rise across the U.S., but it has particular resonance along the Idaho-Washington border, where the Aryans espoused hate and violence for years.
