Can i show a little bit more skin on my avatar?

I know some people may not like me showing more skin on my avatar, but i believe in free expression. I have the whole playboy set of those pics and am starting to not like the pic i chosse as my avatar. If any one wants me to send them the pics that has an email account 6MB or larger i will. I really want help deciding which one i should have. Ps thomascrowne and advisor's opinon are one's i really want to hear.

Last time I believed in free expression ( concerning my signature ), a moderator just deleted it.

There is a fine line between Freedom of Expression and causing offence.

We need to be mindful that ATS is not just a haven for young (or not so young) males who enjoy seeing some female flesh...there are also numerous females and many young people who come to this site as well as others already here who may find too much flesh a little offensive.

Its a delicate balance indeed. Do we restrict expression so as not to possibly offend a small minority...or do we let anyone post anything, believeing that a notion of Freedom of Expression over-rides any possible offence caused during that expression?? Where is the line drawn?? Does there need to be a line??

I know that hasn't answered your question...so like I said before when you first made mention of your avatar: If Admin/Mods receive u2us expressing concern about it, and it we agree with those concerns, then you will be asked to remove/change it.

I say try to express yourself. If it is too much, the moderators will take care of it. Simple as that.

Then if I change my avatar, must I make it politically correct or may I be historically correct?

But also keep in mind there are people from all over the world who come here. Different cultures may find it offensive. Just watch yourself.
