Stephen Hawking (yes, the famous physicist) is another guy who may have been replaced with a double. Look up some pictures of him thru the years. Or just check them out here. Some time in the 1970's his appearance changed dramatically -- he suddenly looked much, much younger, his hair went from gray to blond, and he had better teeth. Nobody noticed because back then even VCR's had just barely been invented.

It's also an undisputable fact that Hawking survived decades longer than people with ALS normally do, and he somehow managed to have kids even tho he was paralyzed. His being a double makes both of these much easier to explain.

Hawking must've gotten a partial denture for the bottom front. The thing about dentures and now implants is that they're customed designed to look as real as possible. For a public figure like Hawking, also probably under the care of helpers or whoever being mindful of his image, pr, and finances, great care would be taken to make them look as realistic as possible.

Later in life had he really wanted, he could've gotten a partial implant made to the exact or similar specs of his denture. Him having black nubs in one pic and oddly shaped yellow teeth on the bottom in the other would have to be for that reason and not because he was genetically cloned. Body double is obviously out of the question. There's the possibility of the equivalent of veneers being made over top of his nubs too, not sure how that works.

I have been to a dentist that does dentures and implants and was curious how the implants worked so they showed me an example for advertisement, how it snaps into place, and the teeth were kinda yellow, aged with fake plaque color inbetween in the recesses.

I asked how the colors worked and they showed me a piece of cardboard with different colored teeth, lightest to darkest, with a letter number combination for each B19 B18 etc. You'd question the reason for the darkest ones, who'd pay to get that? Now you know why.
