Cool, what if matter and consciousness are symbiotic to one another and are destined to push and pull each another in upwards spiral towards an absolute.

in life you are more "enlightened" as an adult than a toddler correct?

Swap out medication for MEDITATION and watch all your concerns fade away.

These kingdoms you speak of if you only believe in one, then maybe you are just creating another prison to go to once you escape this one.

Look directly at sensation because life is alive.... it is not a story made of words.... life is non conceptual.

Meditating on God's qualities and creations is seeing and hearing what is here to be seen and heard....
Imagine how peaceful life would be if there was no past or future to think about.

I find your thoughts to be very well articulated, but to just comment on the above, as I am inclined to believe the OP was about the negatives... the pain or suffering from present symptoms... and from personal experience, I must ask....
When one is in distress in the now, how does blocking out both future and past diminish that pain?
The past can be reached for to obtain pleasurable memories of times past that this current suffering did not inhabit.
The future can be harnessed as an ideal place to arrive at that will not contain these present sufferings, even if that future is a faith in something such as an afterlife, with the creators promise of “no more tears” or other such beliefs.
I guess for lack of better terms I have always missed the ability to fully appreciate the now if it was full of pain.
Without anything on either side of the painful now, wouldn’t it leave the mind contemplating that perhaps this shall be eternity?
