It was arguably almost as advanced a writing system as we use today, phonetic rather than hieroglyphic word's were written rather than symbolized and this meant it was eventually used by several different cultures in the region such as the Mesopotamian (Sumerian), Babylonian and Hittite cultures.

The culture whom developed this writing system also used base 12 in there mathematics system while we today use base ten (though we still use a time base system of twelve hours day and twelve of night which we probably inherited from them), couple this with claim's of royal family's from the time often having six or seven fingers a phenomena which still occurs today among children all around the world and you have to wonder if perhaps for a time a tribe of people with this trait were the origin of that mathematics system, they are also said to have possessed and used the advanced mathematical concept's of the Zero and the decimal point in there calculations.

So while I think these images are probably nothing more than art work for a new age book somewhere the fact is that the culture in question were VERY advanced especially for there time, more advanced in fact than most cultures for millennium after there time and so they mark either a high point in the rise and fall of civilization.

Before the Mongol invasions the entire region lived up to it's name of Fertile Crescent as the ancient's had build vast and ingenious network's of canal's that irrigated the desert and turned it green, some of the structures on this vast system of irrigation and flood canal's were so huge they rightly deserved to be regarded as wonders of the world but almost all are now lost to history such as a mighty aqueducts that could carry an entire river and of course this reached it's peak (or maybe there were previous achievements lost to history) by the time of the mighty Babylonian's with the lost wonder the hanging garden's.

Though it may have not come out of nowhere as we have evidence that a previous culture in the Indus Valley of Asia once also used advanced hydro engineering if not perhaps as advanced as was later achieved.

There Achievement arguably remained unchallenged until the Roman's created there vast civic aqueduct's and sewer system's and of course was perhaps only surpassed by some South American cultures with there Andean canal network's to irrigate there own desert and later the Dutch and European driven by the need to farm low lying land and then the industrial revolution respectively.

Though you know East Asia is often overlooked by western centralist viewpoint's and the work's of ancient China may indeed have rivaled or even surpassed these but due to the constant re-use, high density of human population and ancient empires, wars and rewriting of history such as when the Chinese conqueror Qin Shi Huan had all the historian's murdered for refusing to rewrite history, enforced his base ten system over may systems' the Chines people's - not all Han and millions of them died enslaved to build his monument's and the wall - had been using previously most traces except perhaps a few enigmatic structures such as the vast number of Chinese pyramid's (more pyramid's than anywhere else in the world and in fact larger also though perhaps not made of stone) remain to hint at the pre Qin era cultures - perhaps including previous unifying empires hence his wish to rewrite history and place his people and specifically himself as superior to others) and there once mighty achievement's.

And then there are mysterious and enigmatic works in sub Saharan Africa that may hint at other lost epoch's of human achievement.
Take Yundum in the Gambia, an airfield used today but perhaps we did not actually build it and it is a possible legacy of a previous age though it has been resurfaced with a modern asphalt top for 'modern?' air craft.

Regarding what the rock statue is made out of and the amazing types of rocks (assuming we can call body parts rocks), you can learn all about "transitional metals" and how organic matter breaks down into other elements, that we apparently call rocks, hills, and mountains, @ "Mudfossil University" on YT.

The "age spots" on the paper are virtually identical from one page to the other, which leads me to believe it is from no real manuscript at all.
