If my daughter brought home a potential spouse and he wanted to go to an Easter Egg hunt I'd have to have a talk to her about separating the men from boys.
I feel like most adults are not really maturing like we did in the past.

letting their hair down and having a little bit of clean, innocent fun in a shoutback to the simpler days of their youth by hunting for Easter Eggs?
This is the problem that I see. It isn't that adults aren't allowed to have fun. There are a million ways for adults to have fun, many of which are illegal to children. Why can't adults stay in their lane?
Easter egg hunts used to be for kids only.
The joy was adults watching the kids have fun.
Sometime over the years adults have become more selfish and want "goodies" themselves. I feel like most adults are not really maturing like we did in the past.
Look at Christmas, I don't think anyone of a certain age can say that Christmas is better now. It isn't. It is all about presents and all commercialized, and starts sometime in July. There was a time Christmas was really special.
