Under ground bases (moved from ATSNN)

Everyone has herd of phil shenider well he always talk about under ground bases and said he worked on them but he only mentioned a few exeriances I want to no if anyone has more info on the under grond bases.



These bases are werid and we gotta no more about them an for what BIG reson there being built.
