Koffee is relatively new to the Jamaican reggae scene, but she is dynamic, talented, postive, and a force to be reckoned with!
She just turned 19 last month, and her vibrancy and innocence is so welcome in today's rather jaded atmosphere. As of yet, she's only produced 5 singles, but her trajectory from high school student to music artist whose latest video starred one of her musical influences (Protoje) is wholly impressive.

Her music is full of great energy, has a positive message, and is likely to appeal to a broad base of fans-- and the opportunity to reach and inspire kids with her ethusiastic approach to life.

And her smile is just the sweetest.

This song is my favorite, and makes me feel happy.
The lyrics are simple but wonderful. About giving thanks, feeling blessed.

Hope this music makes you happy too!

She wasn't accepted into post-secondary Sixth Form after high school, which really crushed her. This song came from her desire to push on and persevere after the disappointment.

Her first song, which gained attention on Instagram.
Some of the comments compare her to Tracy Chapman-- I can see why!

First off: Yes!

but then creeps in the fact that I don't understand her words. Have I forgotten English?

Toast
Seh we a come in wid a force
Blessings we a reap pon wi course
Ina handful
We nuh rise and boast
Yeah we give thanks like we need it the most
Hafi give thanks like we really supposed
To be thankful

[chorus]
Blessings all pon mi life and,
Me Thank God fi di journey, di earnings a just fi di plus
Gratitude is a must
Me see Blessings fall by mi right hand
Toast to di friends weh tek off heavy load
One time did sit down ina class and we bored
Den Oli seh do road and mi gwaan wid di road

Third form mi seh mek mi try a ting
And yuh know it formed out to be a fiyah ting
Now a pon stage wid Chronixx I a sing
Yeah Yuh Zimme all Diggy soon gi di I a ring
Like Hello Proto
Him seh “Had to shout yuh
Saw you post a spectacular photo
Keep it burning, yes that’s the motto
If me deh bout I pass through your show too”

Yes!
Now I can dance!
Thankfulness for the everyday "Toast to di friends weh tek off heavy load".

Maybe Jamaican Patois (or Patwa).

Thank you for posting those lyrics, and don't want to keep you from dancing so I'll keep it short.

A Toast to my ATS friends!!!
