Objectively speaking, all living beings have a natural bodily resistance to pain. Objectively, all living beings have a natural bodily inclination to survive. Hunger and thirst and awareness of pain, are all automatic bodily sensations which pushes each living being toward survival. It is easier for a living being to survive when there are other living beings near them to assist them. It also benefits the living being to be kind and assist those other living beings in return. Empathy is important for a living being because empathy helps a living being to be aware of suffering in order to not cause suffering for other living beings and cause unnecessarily conflict and risk of death. Empathy also increases the chances of friendship and therefore a greater chance to assist each other for survival. Caring about health also helps with survival.

So far, objectivity, we got to some very important ideas which would be considered purposes and morals by some people, but without actually assuming a subjective morality:

Health, Kindness, Empathy, and Friendship for the purpose of survival and the avoidance of pain (Peace).
