The district attorney could have just charged jussie. Due diligence was done by presenting this to the grand jury.

The only one alleging leaks surrounding the case is you. Unless you would like to produce a source saying such.

The grand jury process is one sided and only used when they really have no evidence enough for a judge to allow them to proceed with charges. It is a catch all system designed to appear fair but in no way is it fair if only one side is allowed to present. If you think that is due diligence then you are lacking judgement.

As if anything i post or do not post has merit with a Chicago investigation.

How about this?

Do you think the fbi should give them lie test or that they should all three voluntarily submit to a lie test?

Please site the instance when a judge gets to decide who is charged.
I will wait.
You have no understanding of what you speak I suspect.
Not really suprising.

Here is some help, not that I think you would accept it.

criminal.findlaw.com...

The criminal justice system is comprised of three major institutions which process a case from inception, through trial, to punishment. A case begins with law enforcement officials, who investigate a crime and gather evidence to identify and use against the presumed perpetrator. The case continues with the court system, which weighs the evidence to determine if the defendant is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If so, the corrections system will use the means at their disposal, namely incarceration and probation, to punish and correct the behavior of the offender.

as to this

Do you think the fbi should give them lie test or that they should all three voluntarily submit to a lie test?

what would you do with the results of your lie test?

He had a cell phone. Why wouldn’t he call immediately while going to the nearest open store?

I have, it's not my fault it's an unintelligible mess, that's on you.

The fbi is investigating the letter.

Correct, they are working in conjunction with the United States Postal Inspectors and is completely separate from the false reporting of the beating and the, "this MAGA country," report he made to the Chicago PD.

You can't even keep your own nonsense straight.

I am surprised the chicago cops didn't ask if his partner put it there at the time.

This whole episode seems pulled from family guy or south park.

Really, bro?

Becasue every time I get lynched, and it happens with sad regularity because I also live in MAGA Country (Northern New Jersey), I make sure I go home and double check that all my props are in place and then punch myself in the face a few times for extra effect.
