Prof. Russel Targ received a B.S. in physics from Queens College in 1954. From 1954 to 1956, he completed two years of graduate work in physics at Columbia University without taking a degree. Targ contributed to the development of frequency modulation and mode-locking of lasers, and co-authored a 1969 paper which described the operation of a kilowatt continuous wave laser.
In 1972, Targ joined the Electronics and Bioengineering Laboratory at Stanford Research Institute as a senior research physicist in a program founded by Harold E. Puthoff. The two conducted research into psychic abilities and their operational use for the U.S. intelligence community, including NASA, the CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency and Army Intelligence. Targ worked at SRI until 1982. From 1986 to 1998 Targ worked in electro-optics as a senior staff scientist at the Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, where he contributed to aviation windshear sensing applications of Doppler heterodyne lidar technology.
Dolan's interview reveals Prof. Targ's journey with Engo Swann, Pat Putoff, and several members of the US Army remote viewing team.

He later joined with NASA to develop an ESP program. If you watch the video, you will get an idea of why they developed it. I purchased this program several years ago, and have found it to be very revealing. The program is now free.

I close my eyes and think of things like a motor and can see them running if I examine the parts. I touch some things and I can actually get some vibes off of them, especially if I am cleaning them. I am a guy, I learned to put things together without instructions long ago, I actually think I may have linked to the person who was making them, remnants of their DNA possibly making a connection to their minds.

Trouble is not many workers actually know how the tools and products go together and many of the workers seem to speak Chinese, I do not know how to understand Chinese.

I can close my eyes and see things running sometimes, like a dream running in my mind. I have no idea where the dream is coming from, I don't recognize people in the daydream most times. I also have asked questions and got very technical answers which were above my comprehension, then I researched the answer and found it was true and pertinent to the question. The answers are in high levels of Physics, in just about any science I am interested in and ask the question about. I do not know these answers and cannot even comprehend the answer consciously at first. But it has usually been correct, but I cannot trust them because the beliefs of the person I am linking with could be wrong or their knowledge might not be right. I have no control of linking with a specific person either, I guess it is someone I would be related to or have something in common with. I do not know how it works or how to control it, so I always research every bit of the information to verify it. At least this gives me the ability to properly word the search I have to do to understand things.

I am not going to start using this link to profit or spy on anyone, I cannot control it well anyway, my desire is not to invade on anyone's privacy or to rob ideas or information from them. I think that maybe a lot of inteligent people actually have this ability to communicate between others of their kind, but if consensus of the time is in control, their thoughts are linked to whatever the beliefs of the others they are linked to believe in.

Think about this, the link between Democrats could actually be a mental link. Same with Republicans. It is like mob mindset these days with people linking to uncivility. The Christians tried to stop people linking to others who were disruptive, they promoted people to link to the church and god. Now with religion being thrown under the bus, people are linking to others who share their beliefs and being shifted away from reasoning on their own. The internet and media do not help civility anymore and can increase improper links being formed. A person has to allow others to access their mind, they need to trust who to let in. People who are delusional are not people you want to link to.
