So twenty three players teed off this morning and the rain began to fall.

Titled the GENESIS OPEN, eight players at even par and three a shot over with twelve birdiers at one under.
Then somebody said reset the scores. I didn’t think you could do that in the game not to mind a multi million dollar sponsored professional tournament and it looks like the PGA is scratching heads saying we didn’t either.
Had a look for a link but not much on it except the tournament twitter page, people are talking. Is that the promoters choice is the only logical question but it couldn’t be.
Taking those birdies away from legit play doesn’t add up.

I’m reminded of the scene in the legend movie where bagger talks in the trees before being complimented but he only did it for the thousand dollar pay with a win, while walking away later.
Then the movie ended with three players putting for a decision and the question who won.

PGA committee official responds “we don’t do that very often but if I had to do it again I would of delayed the tee times”.
Kind of like saying oops we made a mistake.

This is getting funny. Starting again with Pacific clouds grouling sure. Odds on another resetting starts and scores.
