I live here and because of my insider trading with connections of US Congress, I can afford to eat these types of beef on a Friday evening in Shinjuku with the wife. Ah, so good to have the crooked politicians on my payroll.

I'll stick to buying certified grass fed, organic limosine by the half from a farmer I know. I thought it was pricey at a little over six bucks a pound, finished and packaged. Beef aged two weeks sure is tasty.

When I talk to girls and it gets to where they ask me what I do or where I work, I can just say I'm a prep cook at a Mexican American restaurant. If they ask what the name of it is, I can make something up or say Plaza Azteca because thats a chain of Mexican family restaurants locally. My area is 7 cities that connect to each other and the good nightlife is in 2 other cities, not mine for the most part so they'll never know! Then, if we end up getting together because they fall for me and I can't hide it anymore, I can admit I lied to impress them, act embarassed, and they'd understand or even like that I lied about it.

Yeah, the parts of the cuts that have a whiter look to the fat are the parts of it to as yet to begin melting. The photo is obviously staged as my buddy wanted to get the steak, wine and cigars in one shot. I immediately tossed one steak on the flat top and the other back in the fridge so it would stop melting, it then went on after the first steak was eaten.
