Well they're both cruiser but the Enterprise is a research vessel, so still the Star Wars one. I'm just not sure if there is an Imperial Star Cruiser?

The Jedi wisdom seems to have been lacking somewhat, in my opinion.

When the question came up about the prophecy of the "coming strong in the force one who would bring balance to the force", where was the wise councilor to stand up and point out the obvious?

"Now consider what we have: A galaxy enjoying peace and justice, enforced by us, the unbeatable Jedi wielders of the light side of the force. What would balance mean but the introduction of dark side force. Seriously, think about it. Do we want balance? Seriously? I stand for the status quo!"

Unfortunately, that character wasn't in the script, so the Jedi allowed Anakin, aka Darth Vader, to be trained rather than refusing the training and putting him on the watch list of potential "balance (dark side) agents.

HAHA funny I should see this thread after watching Fan Boys the other day.

I am a massive Star Wars fan, not much of a Star Trek fan but I have always thought of them as being two totally different genres anyway.

Star Wars is much more of a space fantasy where as Start Trek is more Sci-fi.

So for me comparing them is always a bit like apples and oranges.

On saying that however, we both know that Vader would have destroyed the Borg collective with a single thought.

Some game studio.really needs to somehow get the rights to both franchises and create some kind of ultimate star trek vs star wars game and settle this # once and for all. To keep things fair developers should consist of equal parts fans of each franchise.

Daleks will exterminate you all!

And then Dr. Who will save you with all that Timey-Wimey stuff.

I wanted to bring in Doctor Who also. Congrats on you. so tell me Dalek vs R2D2? We know by now R2 always saved the day in all the films. (well the originals)
