I want to write a story about a spy in the future?

What cool future gadgets could my spy be utilizing? It’s in the far fyou’re maybe 1000 years from now. I got interested in spy’s because I’m currently watching Star Wars Resistance and I can’t believe the Resistance hasn’t given Kazuda spy equipment. They must be strapped for cash. What would a real future world spy be using?

DNA masking tech.
Instant knock out meds.
Miniature robots like flies.

You also need to have civilization recovering from a huge meteor strike resulting in an ice age.
Say, 200 years before with them in the process of reclaiming the surface and its resources.

5 or 6 countries survived underground and your spy is stealing information and planting disinformation.

Last chapter can go into great detail about how it was all an AI running multiple simulations.

Using the same scenario played out different ways.

Then the real spy chooses the best survivability.
Could be a nice twist.

Have you ever visited a library? Take a notebook with you and do research and writing at the same time.

I'm amazed you made an account to ask ATS to give you ideas.

You sure need a lot of help writing. Perhaps you should go back to reading for awhile until you can come up with your own ideas and not rely on others to spoon-feed you.

Sounds like a spare of the moment idea that won't come into fruition. But inspector gadget might be a good place to start for ideas

PSI weapons, digging into somebody's mind. Invisibility. Magic, basically.

If you told somebody 1000 years ago that life in 2019 would be entirely dependent on crystals and lightning, they would burn you at the stake. And yet here we are with electric semi-conductor crystals in computers everywhere.

P.S. -- Not that humanity will last another 1000 years in its current form, or any.
